Welcome to Contalto's Events Intelligence service. 

If you haven't done so already, you can login here, by entering your username (usually your email address) plus your password, both of which will have been sent to you via email.

Note: Contalto is optimised for the Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers, but is not compatible with Safari.

The Contalto web application

Once logged in, you'll see a screen that looks very much like the image below…

This is the default screen for our Events Intelligence service, which displays a scrollable feed of events, arranged in a grid.

Note: your screen may look different if you've already used Contalto, and changed from grid to list view, as this view setting is retained for your next visit.

Note: the Service Switch is only visible if your company subscribes to 2 or more of Contalto's intelligence services. 

Key Components

The Contalto app user interface consists of the main menu on the left margin of the screen, and the toolbar across the top. 

The main menu is the launch pad for discovering events via feeds, the calendar and the map, and for analysing events via a range of dashboards.

The toolbar allows users to control what is included in the feeds/calendar/map and in dashboards.

Click the Account icon to change your password, and to view summary information about other Contalto users in your organization.  

You will also find a button to launch the chat function here (and in other screens in the app), allowing you to contact the Contalto team for additional help.
